When you have done spelling and grammar corrections on the documentation, export the solution from the product VM. On export, a content package is created containing all solution elements.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Business process management.
2.	In the list, select the solution.
3.	Click Export.
4.	Define the name of the content package. It's useful to add the current date between parenthesis to the proposed name. Example: STAEDEAN documentation for D365 F&SCM (05-06-2020)
	In the Content package field, type a value.
5.	Click OK.
