You can use videos in documentation texts. To do so, first set up the video references.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Business process management.
2.	Click Videos.
3.	Click New.
4.	In the Video field, type a value.
5.	To embed all videos in the same way, always use the embed code as shown in the previous topic: Get video embed code.
	In the Video URI field, enter the video embed code.
6.	Expand the Description section and enter a meaningful description. For example, you can copy the video description from the video portal.
7.	Click the Summary tab to test the created video reference.
