At the end of each working day, export the RapidValue solutions that you worked on during the day. Why is this important? It already happened several times that a VM crashed and couldn’t be repaired. Without back-ups, your content is lost. Sometimes, the data can be restored. However, that’s a time-consuming and difficult job.
If you work with a team on a RapidValue solution, decide who of the team members is responsible for the solution back-ups.
To do so:

  1. Go to the Business process management workspace, select the solution, and click Export.
  2. On the dialog, click OK.
  3. If the export is finished, go to the Business process file share workspace, select the content package, and click Create data file.
  4. On the dialog, enter the solution name with a date extension (example: RapidValue - Doc (25-10-2024), and click OK.
  5. Open the Data files tab, select the data file, and click Download.
  6. Go to your Downloads folder and move the downloaded data file to the 'STAEDEAN Documentation' team in Teams, to the General channel, to the Files > STAEDEAN Docs Backup folder.
