Where to create your content?

Central TI-10-DOCS VM

The central TI-10-DOCS VM is the environment where all STAEDEAN RapidValue solutions come together.
This VM is used:

  • As central repository and ‘backlog’ of all RapidValue product solutions.
  • To publish our content to our docs.staedean.com website.
  • Work on non-product-related RapidValue solutions, like our ‘STAEDEAN Business Processes’ solution.

Do not build product-related RapidValue content on the central TI-10-DOCS VM.
Product VM
We recommend each product team to assign one VM, usually the test or demo VM, to manage and build their product related RapidValue content. The main reasons for this are the task recordings and the labels.

(Usually, this is an Azure cloud VM.)
Make sure, this VM always:
  • Has the latest RV release installed.
  • Is updated to the latest build/version of your product.
If a product-related RapidValue solution is (partially) finished or released, make sure it is uploaded to the central TI-10-DOCS VM. Reasons: backup, reference, overview, publishing.
